Order Process

1. Our customers submit their orders via email or by simply calling on the phone/fax and will receive an initial total cost. Shipping costs will be determined and phone in and or sent by fax or email to the customer.
2. Merigen Medical® contacts customers via phone if necessary. Customer confirms order. Merigen Medical® collects the financial information required to process the order.
3. After order is paid for, unless terms are negotiated, order is shipped and an email with the tracking information is sent.

Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping Policy

Merigen Medical® will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning ownership to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Merigen Medical® will give an estimated shipping date, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes/ect.

Product Return Policy

Products may be returned for exchange or credit only. The exchange time frame is not limited; however, items returned for exchange must be unworn and in original condition with no signs of damage. If a shirt is returned for credit and Merigen Medical® no longer sells that specific design you will be offered another item of equal value. All shipping charges will be paid via the customer unless in the specific circumstance of a defective product, in which Merigen Medical® would pay the shipping costs to send the replacement to the customer.

Information Collection and Use

Merigen Medical® is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties. Merigen Medical® collects information from our users at various points on our website in order to process orders. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, and e-mail address.

Order

The information collected in the order process will be used only in the processing and shipping of orders. In the order process, a user will be contacted and asked to provide additional financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information, credit terms. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. We will not share your personal and financial information with any third parties. The only time in which your financial information is used is when processing your credit card information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system which is processed by the merchant's servers.

Log Files Sharing

We use various outside shipping companies to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Merigen Medical's MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Merigen Medical® SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Merigen Medical® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
